Get an Address for New Properties

To get an official address for a new single property or multiple new properties with/without new streets and property conversions, you will need to complete an online application form.

Getting the address should be done as soon as possible after plot layouts have been finalized and you have commenced works on site.

Please be aware that:

• Marketing names will not be used in the official address.
• Plot numbers may not become property numbers.
• All numbers will be used including number 13.
• Property numbers may have a suffix of A,B,C etc where necessary.
• Addressing new properties or new streets is free of charge.
• An address can take up to 1 month to be created/confirmed.
• Property names can be added to each plot at this stage.
