24/03/2020: Customer Contact Centre Changes

In light of the latest central government's guidance during the coronavirus pandemic, we have decided to suspend all face to face interactions at our Customer Contact Centre.

Maintaining a safe environment for our residents and the safety of our staff is paramount in this difficult decision.

This means from tomorrow (25 March) until further notice, all residents will be instead asked to contact us via:

Our offices in Dereham and Thetford will no longer be open for council-related queries, but will remain operational for customers of Department of Work and Pensions, who share the buildings.
