Local Plan (Partial Update) Regulation 18 Consultation

Breckland Council has undertaken a Partial (Single Policy) Update of the Breckland Local Plan. The Update changes to Policy INF 03 to delete the requirement for an "immediate partial review" and the consequences that would be deemed to follow should that partial review not take place. A period of public consultation on the Proposed Submission Version Local Plan (Partial Review) ended on September 23 2022.
