Hearing your neighbours TV or radio from time to time is to be expected in a community, particularly in the summer months when windows are open, or if you live in a flat or terraced property. Try speaking to your neighbour to advise them of the problem, if safe to do so. They may not be aware that the noise from their premises is affecting you. Customers who are tenants of housing associations can also report issues to their landlords. This may lead to the problem being resolved swiftly and informally.
