Menopause and Women's Wellbeing Workshop

During this 2 hour course we will discuss the signs, symptoms and the impact of the menopause and introduce some techniques to help manage them. Most importantly it's about supporting women to talk about this stage of their life and shining a light on this area of women's health and wellbeing.
This session is suitable for all who want to know more about the menopause whether you are going through it yourself or supporting someone who is.
