What conditions?

Breckland Council have made regulations under Section 13 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 which prescribe standard conditions (PDF) [11KB] . Conditions include areas such as the permitted hours of opening and closing, visibility to passers by etc. Where a licence is granted, renewed or transferred, licences will be presumed to be subject to them unless they have been expressly excluded or varied.

Licence holders may at any time apply to Breckland Council for a variation of the terms, conditions or restrictions in their licence.

A holder of a licence shall keep exhibited in a suitable place a copy of the licence and the above regulations which prescribe the conditions subject to which the licence is held.
