To report anti-social behaviour (ASB) or other community safety issues, please use ouronline form (opens new window)

You'll need to provide:

  • the perpetrators details (if known)
  • the type of behaviour and how long its been going on

Alternatively, you can contact Breckland Council on 01362 656870 or call the Police non-emergency number 101. In an emergency always call 999.

Why we need your personal data
  • For the purposes of enforcement in relation to anti-social behavioural issues.
Why we're allowed to collect it
  • Article 6.1(c) and 6.1(e) of the General Data Protection Regulations
How your data is used
  • We will only use your data for the specific purpose of aiding the resolution of anti-social behaviour instances.
  • We may share information with other organisations, such as:
    • Norfolk Constabulary
    • Norfolk Youth Offending Team
    • Norfolk Early Help Team
    • Norfolk County Council
    • Local housing providers
    • Health professionals.
  • We may also, on occasions and where relevant, share information with schools and private landlords.
  • We will not disclose your personal information to third parties for marketing or sales purposes or for any commercial use, and we will not use your personal data in a way which may cause you harm.
How long the information is kept for
  • A maximum of six years and will then be securely archived or destroyed if no longer required.
