Complete the online application form

Complete all the questions if you are able to and upload the required documents. Guidance on uploading your documents can be foundonline.

If you do not have the relevant information or documents available you can save the application by clicking on 'Finish Later' and you will have 21 days to finish and submit the form

When you select 'Finish Later' an email will be sent to the email address you provided on the online form. This email will provide your login details (i.e. your Household ID and your password). Please make a note of these login details as you will need them to get back in to finish/submit your form, and if you need to complete a change of circumstances or update your contact details in the future. Please look out carefully for this email. It will come from data@home-connections.co.uk (not from Breckland Council). If the email doesn't arrive within the next 24 hours, please check in your spam folder.

Duplicate Entry

If you are advised that a duplicate entry exists when you try to complete the application form this means that you already have an open application.

Make a note of the Application ID number that appears on the screen and contact us by calling 01362 656870.

When calling you will need to provide your National Insurance number, Date of Birth and full name of applicant for Data Protection purposes.
