Complete the online application form

If you select 'Finish Later' when completing the application form you have 21 days to finish and submit the form

When you select 'Finish Later' you will need to make a note of your login details to be able to get back in to finish/submit your form AND if you need to complete a change of circumstances or update your contact details in the future (Household ID number)

You will also receive an email sent to the email address you provided on the form giving you your log in details in order for you to complete the form at a later date

If you are advised that a duplicate entry exists when you try to complete the application form this means that you already have an open application.

Make a note of the Application ID number that appears on the screen.

To find your User ID and Password:

Please follow thepassword reset instructions and select 'Reset using Email ID/User ID/Application ID'. You can then enter the Application ID number or your email address and you will receive confirmation of your User ID and password by email so you can view your existing application.
