Housing Hub will look at bids on a Tuesday.
They will contact the top 6 applicants by 4pm on the Tuesday and request allrelevant documentation to verify the information you have provided on the application form.
You will have 3 days to provide this and if we do not receive this we will move on to the next applicant.
This process will ensure that the application is compliant with the eligibility criteria and that the application had been correctly banded as detailed within the Allocations policy.
The Housing Hub officer will explain everything to you in full and will also send an email outlining the conversation.
The Hub will make 3 phone calls; send 1 email and 1 text to the customer. If the customer doesn't respond within 24 hours they will move onto the next applicant and you will lose this property.
