What is a Cumulative Impact Policy?

Cumulative impact concerns the potential impact on the promotion of the Licensing Objectives where concentrations of similar licensed premises are located in one area.  Breckland Council do not currently have a Cumulative Impact Policy and, at present, have no plans to adopt one.
