Nomination Form for Assets of Community Value

Before completing the nomination form, please ensure you have read and understood the process explained under ourAssets of Community Value pages.

Please make sure the following information is included in your application:

• The nominator's reasons for thinking that the local authority should conclude that the land is of community value.

• Evidence that the nominating group is eligible to make a community nomination.

• Evidence that the nominating group has a 'local connection'.

• Evidence of your organisation's eligibility to nominate (Section 2)

• A site location plan showing the property and its boundaries (Section 3)

• Documents that outline reasons for nomination: why do you believe the asset is of community value (Section 3)
