Bin, Grounds and Streets complaints
Please do not use this form to report a missed bin collection, flytipping or other service issues. Use the specific form toreport bin problems, or for service requests, such asstreet cleaning.
If you're unhappy with the service we have provided, you can make a complaint. Once your complaint has been submitted, you will receive an acknowledgement within three working days, when we will attempt to resolve the issue.
This form is for complaints for the standard of service received from our contractor Serco. When you complete our online form, your details will be sent to our service provider, Serco, to complete your request.
Escalation of complaints
If you have raised a complaints report and your complaint wasn't resolved within the timeframe noted above. Please escalate this by using our online form.
If you still remain dissatisfied with the resolution and you do not feel that this has been adequately dealt with then you may wish tosubmit a Formal Complaint to the Council.
