Make a Bin, Grounds or Streets Complaint

Please do not use this form to report a missed bin collection, flytipping or other service issues. Use the specific form to report bin problems or for service requests, such as street cleaning.

If you are unhappy with the service we have provided, you can make a complaint. Once your complaint has been submitted, you will receive an acknowledgement within three working days, when we will attempt to resolve the issue.

This form is for complaints for the standard of service received from our contractors or Environmental Services.
