Housing Land Supply

The Government requires all councils to show there is enough land for new housing for at least the next five years.

Following the publication of new mandatory housing targets, by the Government, in December 2024, Breckland Council has updated its April 2024 Housing Land Supply Report. This shows that Breckland has a 3.25 year supply of deliverable housing land in accordance with the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF).
