Complaints submitted about any council staff will be handled under our Corporate Human Resource Policy.

Purpose of the Policy

The Corporate Human Resource Policy is designed to set out the expected standards for all staff in representation of the council's objectives and values.

The council will respond to your complaint, however we will not share details of any disciplinary action taken due to the sensitive personal data involved.
