Pre-Submission Consultation (Reg.14) on Watton Neighbourhood Plan

Watton Town Council have organised the first statutory consultation on its Neighbourhood Plan. 

This Plan will be used to inform decisions made by Breckland Council on planning applications for the local area, so any comments - either supporting or objecting - are important.

The consultation lasts just over seven weeks. If you wish to make any comments on the Plan, the comments form (options available on the above webpage) needs to be completed and returned to the Town Council by 8 April 2022.

Environmental Assessment

These documents are produced to meet some of the requirements of the 'Basic Conditions', which are used for the Examination of the Plan.

Both a Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) and Habitat Regulation Assessment (HRA) Screening were made on the Regulation 14 version of the Neighbourhood Plan:
