Thetford Riverside Development

It is a development which has been delivered by Breckland Bridge, an innovative joint venture between Breckland Council and The Land Group. The regeneration project is a key part of the council's vision for Thetford and will act as a catalyst for further development in the town and across the district.

Work began on the site, on Bridge Street near the town centre, in June 2015. Construction was completed in October 2016. Below, you can see a live view of the site or watch a short film showing part of the construction process.
