Other verification options

If the account reference or claim number cannot be provided at face to face appointments, we need to see one of the following forms of photographic proof of ID:

• Driving Licence
• Passport
• Proof of age card with a PASS logo, for example a Citizen Card/Young Scot card or EU national identity card.
