What are your rights?

Under the Data Protection law, you have rights as an individual which you can exercise in relation to the information we hold about you. 

TheData Protection Act 2018 (opens new window) and theEU General Data Protection Regulation (opens new window) (UK GDPR), give you a number of rights to control what happens to your personal information and how it is used.
