My bill has increased by more than I expected and/or I can't understand the % increases

At its meeting on 20 February 2025, Breckland District Council agreed to increase the Council Tax for 2025 to 2026 by 4.36%.

The money you pay in Council Tax goes to several organisations including Norfolk County Council, Social Services and the Police as well as Breckland Council.
