Arrange a bulky waste collection

Introduction
3. This form is for domestic bulky waste collections only.
  - The bulky collection is non-refundable once booked. You can amend your collection up to 12pm the day before your collection.
  - The items must be left at the boundary of the property by 6:30am on the day of collection
  - We cannot retrieve items from inside the property
4. If you have more than one item from the same category, each counts as a separate item. For example, a sofa and 2 armchairs counts as 3 items. A dining table and set of 4 chairs counts as 5 items and a bed frame, headboard and mattress counts as 3 items.
  
  If the item you want collected is not shown on the list, contact us on 0330 109 9220 to confirm whether the item can be collected or not. Further information on what can / cannot be collected can be found here.
