Community Hot Spots
There are a number of community hot spots across Breckland, creating warm and welcoming spaces, refreshments, and activities to encourage residents to engage with their community and reduce isolation. Warm Welcome Spaces

Norfolk Library and Information Service
- Free hot water bottles and blankets, available for anyone in need and no questions asked
- Free 'Grab and Go' bags of toiletries are available at all Norfolk libraries and mobile libraries. Toothbrushes (for adults and children) are also available to request.
