Community Right to Bid Register

Once an asset has been listed on the register, if it goes up for sale the community will have the opportunity to purchase it. This is demonstrates the Community Right to Bid (CRTB). The community can have up to six months to raise the funds to bid for the asset. At the end of this period, the owner may sell it to whoever they wish and at whatever price they may choose.
