Notice of Intention to Publish a Policy (Statement of Principles)

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with the Gambling Act 2005 (Licensing Authority Policy Statement) (England and Wales) Regulations 2006 Breckland Council, acting in its capacity as the Licensing Authority for the said District, will publish its Licensing Statement of Principles on 1 December 2024.

Notice is further given that the above-mentioned Statement will come into effect on 1 January 2025.
