Replacement Licence Request

There is a fee for replacement licenses.

Please note if you are applying for a replacement Licensing Act 2003 licence you will be able to pay by debit or credit card using the online form. If it is a replacement Taxi licence we will contact you to take payment once the completed form has been received.
