Report a missed bin

Please note that your bin needs to be presented at the boundary of your property by 6:30am. Bins left out after this time will not be collected, and do not count as missed bins. Unfortunately, we are unable to return on this occasion. Please ensure your bin is put out for collection before 6:30am on your next scheduled collection. You are able to dispose of household waste and recyclable materials at your local recycling centre.

If you have a tag on your bin, you will need to remove the incorrect items from your bin. Your bin will then be emptied on your next collection day. The most frequent contaminants include:
- Bagged waste,
- Textiles,
- Garden Waste/Food.
